LeadWall to Wall’s unscripted development team and generate, develop, and secure commissions for commercially ambitious programmes in the UK and US, focusing on returnable series.

The Head of Unscripted Development will manage a sizeable team of developers, drive idea generation, and maintain a strong pipeline of high‑quality ideas for UK, US, and global streaming markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Wall to Wall’s unscripted development team.
• Build and maintain a strong slate of unscripted shows across all genres, with a focus on returnable, scalable formats.
• Generate original ideas and support the wider team in developing sellable projects.
• Work closely with the Creative Directors to identify strategic priorities and development opportunities.
