Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the TSEDR2 group to deliver ongoing antenna projects and support future business through active involvement in bids and proposals. You’ll align the department with the CoC strategy while managing resources and driving continuous improvement. You’ll shape the product roadmap for a portfolio of spacecraft antenna systems and ensure cross‑functional collaboration with TSE and external customers. This is a high‑impact, leadership position at Airbus where you influence technology development and execution at scale.
