We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on **Head of** **Training Academy **to join our fantastic team in Norway. The purpose of the role is to enhance employee skills, improve performance, increase productivity, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout and outside the organization. You will lead our team of instructors and manage the design and delivery of Autronica training programs as well as drive digitalization of the training administration. In this role you will also determine training objectives by conducting analysis of overall needs, specific skill and knowledge gaps and make sure the access to the trainings is granted to the respective employees and partners.
