Vacancy Description
Lead and manage end-to-end semiconductor test operations across multiple production lines
Ensure achievement of production targets in terms of quality, delivery, and cost
Drive operational efficiency, capacity utilization, and throughput optimization
Strategic Management
Develop and execute test operations strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to enhance productivity and reduce cost
Identify and implement opportunities for process and performance optimization
Technical & Engineering Oversight
Provide leadership in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) environments
Partner with engineering teams to drive yield improvement and test program optimization
Ensure best practices in semiconductor test processes and methodologies
Lead, mentor, and develop large cross-functional teams across operations and engineering
