Head of Supply Chain Management

This position is a full time role with our global manufacturing client.

Purpose: Execute end-to-end plant supply chain strategy to deliver world-class global customer service. Optimize plant capacity and material flow while minimizing working capital investment and logistics costs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & S&OP

• Align factory supply chain strategies with corporate objectives to navigate volatile (VUCA) global environments.
• Lead the monthly S&OP process to balance demand, plant capacity, inventory levels, and financial targets.
• Collaborate with global process management teams to implement digital and lean process improvements.

2. Demand & Manufacturing Planning

• Own the monthly demand forecasting process in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and customer service team.
