Head of Structural Design for Luxury Developments

AHS Properties seeks a Design Manager – Structural to lead the structural design of luxury residential and commercial projects in Dubai. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and alignment with architectural vision, collaborating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading design, conducting analyses, reviewing drawings, coordinating with construction teams, and maintaining project documentation. A PE license and a strong portfolio are required.
