Head of Strategic Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment

HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) is seeking a Head, Strategic Planning and Coordination to drive xCode alignment and long-term planning across multiple stakeholders. You will partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps while ensuring strategic initiatives receive proper support and resources.

All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for permanent tenure based on performance.
