Job Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy & Growth: Conduct in-depth analysis of the Southeast Asian gaming market and formulate long-term publishing roadmaps for the region; take overall ownership of Southeast Asia’s revenue and user base targets, and fuel growth in user acquisition, retention and monetization.
- Publishing System Establishment: Restructure end-to-end Southeast Asian publishing workflows, expand local distribution channels and emerging platforms; lead game launches and full-lifecycle management, and build HoYoverse’s brand awareness and reputation across Southeast Asia.
- Localized Operations & Compliance: Deliver deep localization aligned with Southeast Asian local cultures and community ecosystems; establish regional compliance frameworks, demonstrating solid knowledge of regulations including the CCPA to ensure stable and sustainable business operations.
