Head of Sourcing — Strategic Growth & Value Partner

Tieto is strengthening its sourcing leadership with four new Head of Sourcing positions. Each role will drive sourcing for a respective business unit including Tech Consulting, Banktech, Indtech, or Caretech.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of strategic sourcing experience and a strong ability to partner with business leaders, maximizing value while minimizing waste. This position requires strategic thinking and leadership skills to influence large cross-functional initiatives.
