This role leads a strategically important segment of S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Enterprise Solutions Software business, spanning Corporate Actions, Tax Solutions, and Cappitech. The portfolio combines managed data services and enterprise technology platforms that help capital markets firms reduce risk, improve compliance, and streamline complex post-trade, asset servicing, tax, and regulatory reporting workflows.

The Team

The Software business operates in a global, highly collaborative environment, partnering across Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, and Technology to shape growth strategy, go-to-market execution, and revenue expansion across the portfolio.
