Our client is an international organisation with offices in the UK, US and across Europe. They are looking for an exceptionally talented Head of Software Development to manage all of their UK product delivery and software development. You will have at least 10 years previous software development experience with strong man management and product delivery experience. You will be managing Java Development Team Leaders and Test Team Leaders and will have been involved in the setting up of the development and testing departments.
