Key Responsibilities SDLC Ownership & Process Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and development through testing, release, and ongoing support. Establish and enhance structured, repeatable SDLC processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. Provide clear reporting on delivery, quality, and support metrics to ensure visibility across all stages. Drive Agile/Scrum delivery in collaboration with the scrum master, ensuring effective and outcome-focused execution. DevOps, CI/CD & Release Management Design, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to support automated builds and deployments. Strengthen release management processes to enable predictable, low-risk deployments. Promote standardisation across environments through automation and configuration management.
