Head of Service, Operations & Digital Transformation

MetLife Gulf is seeking an AVP, Head of Service, Operations & Transformation for the Gulf/GCC region. Based in Dubai, UAE hub, the role oversees end-to-end operations including policy administration, billing, claims and customer service across Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait.

You will lead the transformation agenda, drive efficiency, regulatory compliance and partner relationships to support financial goals.
