Head of Security

We are seeking a highly experienced and discreet Head of Security to oversee the end-to-end protection of a Dubai-based Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) and their family. This role combines strategic oversight with operational execution across residential security, global travel, and contractor/vendor management.

The position requires regular international travel aligned with the Principal’s movements , often at short notice, and the ability to operate seamlessly across multiple jurisdictions and cultural environments.

• Lead and manage all aspects of security for the Principal’s primary residence in Dubai and any regional properties.
