Responsibilities

1. Security Strategy & Governance

Develop and implement the overall safety and security strategy for

the retail enclave.

Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for

security operations.

Conduct periodic risk assessments and vulnerability analysis.

Ensure alignment with corporate governance, safety policies, and

statutory regulations.

Continuously improve security protocols to address emerging risks.

2. Physical Security Operations

Manage 24/7 security operations across the retail enclave

including:

1. Access control and visitor management

2. Perimeter security o Crowd monitoring

3. Asset protection

Supervise security personnel, supervisors & outsourced security

teams.

Ensure deployment planning and security coverage across all

operational zones...
