About The Job

Home Credit is evolving itself from a dominant retail financing player for consumer durables to a relevant player in the used auto loans industry. The Head of Secured Loans is tasked to build auto‑loan products that are competitive in the industry, aligned with Home Credit’s underwriting and risk principles, and profitable for the company. The role will also be responsible for overall sales strategy and commercial success of the auto‑loans product.

What You’ll Do

• Build a strategy, plan, develop, and execute sales and product strategy for auto‑loans (used/pre‑owned motorcycle units)
• Oversee marketing campaigns, customer journey, and related activities
• Monitor performance through data analysis and design KPIs for impacted teams
• Create and manage relationships with large dealers of used cars and other automobiles
