The Head of Sales is a senior management role responsible for leading and overseeing organization's sales department.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT- Managing and mentoring a group of sales & customer service team to achieve sales targets, customer sastifaction and performances goals.
- Leading 1 on 1 pipeline monthly meetings/ monthly & quarterly performance review meetings/ annual appraisal meetings and monthly sales team meetings.
- Setting individual sales targets & measures (KPI) with the sales team including customer service.
- Guide CS-Sales support team on how to manage claims from customers.
- Recruit salespeople (hunter), set objectives, train, coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
