ONEarth is looking for a strong sales and business development leader to help expand our member network, recruit potential leaders, and drive sales growth across Malaysia.

This role is suitable for someone who has experience in sales leadership, direct selling, community business, MLM, agency building, recruitment, or network-based sales. The main mission is to identify, approach, and onboard strong leaders who can help grow ONEarth’s sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales expansion strategies for ONEarth.

Identify and recruit potential network leaders, team builders, community leaders, and sales-driven individuals.
