Elys Boulderloft is a bouldering gym in Basel, Switzerland, operating 365 days a year. Route setting is the core product of our company and has a direct impact on the quality, attractiveness and sporting development of the facility. We are looking for an experienced and internationally oriented specialist to take responsibility for the professional and organisational development of our route setting.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for route setting in the bouldering gym
• Development and implementation of modern bouldering and route‑setting concepts
• Ensuring a varied, safe and high‑quality bouldering offer for different target groups and performance levels
• Planning, coordination and quality control of the route‑setting team
