Organisation Chart Hierarchy and Span of Control. Member of the Asia & Middle East (AME) Executive Committee. Leads the regional Risk & Compliance function across multiple jurisdictions (e.g. Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai and other AME markets), including Financial Crime (Anti-money Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism). Oversees a geographically dispersed leadership team with both direct and matrix reporting lines, including local risk and compliance heads. Responsible for building a scalable regional operating model, combining central expertise with local execution.
