Our client, a leading property company to join its HR team as Head of Reward who is a Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to drive its total reward strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for to shape and deliver a competitive reward framework that supports business performance, attracts and retains top talent, and enhances the overall employee experience.
The successful candidate will oversee the annual reward cycle, reward governance and benefits strategy, ensuring the organisation continues to offer a market-leading reward proposition.
Hours: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

* Develop and deliver the company's total reward strategy, ensuring pay, incentives and benefits align with business objectives and performance goals.
