Responsibilities

• Architect an AI-native Revenue Engine spanning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Own the GTM tech stack including HubSpot, automation, and AI tooling, unifying it with data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
• Build the commercial backbone including compensation design, territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, and capacity models
• Drive AI adoption across GTM through agentic workflows and intelligent automation
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, Finance, and Engineering leadership
