Head of Refunds, Cash & Collections Operations

AVBOB South Africa seeks a motivated Department Head to oversee day-to-day operations of the Refunds, Cash Administration and Collections functions. You will coordinate workflows, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain service delivery standards.

You will lead teams, provide guidance and support, and collaborate with auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders to address risks and drive continuous improvement.
