Main responsibilities
Defining the future Operations and Maintenance requirements across the entire CO2 value chain in addition to the cement plant operation Manage and structure the preparation of future Operations requirements Manage and structure the preparation of future Maintenance requirements Design future Operations and Maintenance organizations both corporately and in country Develop the ready to operate organization in CCUS-CAPEX Develop the minimum design requirements/criteria for CCUS projects from an Operations and Maintenance perspective Coach the country Operations and Maintenance team to be ready to operate the new facilities and CO2 value chain sustainably with a high uptime and minimum cost Set up structures to realize flawless commissioning and start-up of the new facilities Define structure for continuous improvement (key KPI’s) to capture lessons learned and ...
