Head of Quality Control (QC)

Lead and manage the Quality Control team to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.

Develop, implement, and maintain QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans.

Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and other departments to improve product quality.

Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Quality Control experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
