Head of Projects

Summary:
Supports the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the operational delivery of Company's infrastructure and construction projects. Provides high-level monitoring, coordination, and reporting across the portfolio, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Gains technical exposure to water infrastructure through active engagement with subcontractor teams, but strategic and final decision authority remains with the COO.
Job Responsibility:
Support the COO in overseeing daily operations across multiple projects to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and operational efficiency. Track and evaluate project performance against approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
