Profile: Head of Production-Solar-Surat-15 LPA

Experience:

• 10-15 years in manufacturing, with 5+ years in a leadership role in Solar PV module production

Salary Range: 13 to 15 LPA

Roles:

1. Production Planning & Execution Target Achievement: Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts. End-to-End Oversight: Manage all stages: Cell Stringing → Layup → Lamination → Framing → Junction Box Fixing → Testing (EL/Flash). Capacity Optimization: Maximize plant throughput and manpower utilization to ensure the facility meets its rated GW capacity.

2. Quality & Compliance Standard Adherence: Ensure every module meets BIS, IEC (61215/61730), and ALMM guidelines.
