- Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for external integrations including EHRs, payers, and third-party providers
- Benchmark against industry best practices to build best-in-class service offerings
- Drive improvements in quality and speed through optimized processing and platform capabilities
- Develop and champion new platform capabilities for expanded therapeutic categories
