Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for expansions including specialty pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, and biologics
- Benchmark against industry best practices to build best-in-class service offerings
- Drive improvements in solutions through optimized processing and third-party integrations
- Develop and champion new platform capabilities for expanded therapeutic categories
- Set long-term success metrics and operational KPIs
