This role is accountable for material cost, margin delivery, working capital, supply continuity, and innovation. Procurement owns a significant portion of the P&L and plays a central role in managing supplier risk, ensuring service continuity, and delivering productivity and transformation initiatives already in flight.The role also plays a key part in the HC NA board, being involved in all discussions and decision making.KEY OBJECTIVESCo-develop procurement strategy in close partnership with the Procurement Director and Home Care LATAM leadership, aligning with business priorities and market dynamics.Define and implement governance frameworks to ensure transparency, agility, and compliance across sourcing processes.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying gaps and leading corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement.Shape and activate the area’s medium- and long-term strategic “Big Bets” translating ambition into actionable roadmaps for value creat...
