Head of Process Transformation & AI-Driven Excellence

JazzWorld is seeking a Stream Head Process Improvement & Management in Islamabad to define and drive enterprise process strategy. You will lead a team delivering transformation, workflow automation, and AI-enabled optimization across the organization.

The role partners with senior leadership to align priorities, measure impact with KPIs, and ensure governance. Bachelor's in a related field is required; MBA/MS is a plus. 6–8 years exp preferred.
