Head of Preclinical Sciences

We are looking for an experienced scientific leader to join our Discovery Research team and play a key role in shaping the future of our R&D pipeline.

Reporting directly to the Head of Discovery Research, you will lead the integration of preclinical biology, pharmacology and ADMET, driving the progression of innovative drug candidates from target validation through candidate nomination. This is a strategic leadership position that combines scientific excellence with people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead the integration of target biology, disease mechanism characterization, pharmacology, ADMET, and PK/PD into a unified preclinical strategy.
