Responsibilities (Functional)

• Drive Profit & Loss and key business drivers for PFS-i, including growth and market share for Islamic consumer products and services (financing, deposits, wealth management and non-funded income).
• Assist the Managing Director, PFS in overseeing PFSi operations and provide advisory support to PFS.
• Build awareness and ensure effective distribution of Shariah-compliant products across the Bank's distribution network in collaboration with the Shariah Department.
