We’re growing fast - and now we need someone to own people, culture, and structure fully. As our first HR-hire and **Head of People**, you’ll play a key role in building a scalable HR foundation, developing our team, and maintaining our strong culture as we grow and scale internationally!
**About the Role**:
You’ll be our first HR leader and get full mandate to build the People function: everything from employer branding and recruitment to performance management, compensation, culture, and leadership development. The role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the leadership team.
You’ll be both a strategist and operator, with real influence from day one.
