Shields Health Solutions, a leader in specialty pharmacy management, is seeking an experienced operations leader in Dubai to oversee daily pharmacy operations and a 75+ person team across managers, supervisors and specialists.

You will drive scalable strategies to improve service delivery and patient support, partner with regional leadership and hospital stakeholders, ensure HIPAA compliance and ethical standards, manage budgets and KPIs, and travel 15–20% to support operations.
