Head of Origination & Digital Transformation

Cembra Money Bank AG is seeking a senior leader to build and run a high-performing Origination organisation in Switzerland. You will drive end-to-end value chain improvements, empower digital and AI-enabled processes, and partner with Product, Technology, Risk and Commercial teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric journeys.

You will steer performance with clear KPIs, governance and risk controls while enabling sustainable growth in a regulated banking environment.
