Role Overview
Owns steady-state operations, maintenance, and uptime of all commissioned data centres. Ensures that performance, safety, and client SLAs meet or exceed contractual targets.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and operate the Central Command & Monitoring Centre (CCMC) for remote oversight.
Develop and enforce SOPs for mechanical, electrical, cooling, and fiber systems.
Maintain uptime >99.999% across all facilities.
Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs using IoT and AI analytics.
Manage vendor AMCs, performance reviews, and escalation protocols.
Conduct root-cause analysis for outages and implement corrective actions.
Oversee spare parts planning, consumables inventory, and energy efficiency tracking.
