Head of Operation & Service Delivery

The BIG Picture – We are seeking a hands‑on, analytically minded, and highly accountable Head of Operation & Service Delivery to lead the Department that sits at the operational core of Verity's business – turning Client verification requests into accurate, on‑time Background Check reports at scale.

Verity is ISO 27001 certified, and this role carries direct responsibility for upholding our Information Security Management System (ISMS) across the Department's daily operations – from how Client and Candidate data are handled within our systems, to how the Team communicates with Clients and external respondents. Discretion, data security discipline, and strict adherence to information handling policies are non‑negotiable expectations of this role, not add‑ons.
