Head of OHS

We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a Head of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) to uphold safety standards and provide leadership in driving a transformative safety culture, and instil the behaviours, mindset and practices that drive safely always to our passengers, colleagues, the public, and the network.

This is a senior leader in the business with multiple internal and external stakeholders. It leads and motivates a team, identifies opportunities to leverage strengths and builds the team’s capability. The role holds responsibility for development of frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures to ensure we maintain all certifications and accreditations to operate the Melbourne Railway Network.
