Head of North India Operations

Job Overview

Yuma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Head for North India. The individual will be responsible for

1. Driving regional growth and profitability
2. Owning the strategy for network expansion;
   responsible for operational excellence across Yuma BaaS network
3. Partnering with internal stakeholders for new business development and policy advocacy
4. Managing a team of 12-15 people across North India markets

Ideal candidate would have an experience of 6-10 years with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of scaling businesses across multiple cities and markets. MBA is not mandatory.
