Strategy & Planning: Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across all offline channels. Distribution Management: Design and optimize the distribution architecture, including appointing, managing, and maintaining strong relationships with super‑stockists and distributors.
