Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all clinical departments including Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, NICU, IVF, Neonatology, and allied specialties.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, SOPs, and treatment guidelines.
• Doctor recruitment, credentialing, performance appraisal, and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL standards, statutory regulations, and hospital policies.
• Monitor key clinical performance indicators such as patient outcomes, ALOS, infection rates, and patient satisfaction
• Represent the hospital in medical forums and with external bodies.
• Handle medico-legal cases and ensure ethical medical practices.
• Collaborate with nursing, operations, and support services for smooth hospital functioning.
