Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all clinical departments including Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, NICU, IVF, Neonatology, and allied specialties. Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, SOPs, and treatment guidelines. Doctor recruitment, credentialing, performance appraisal, and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL standards, statutory regulations, and hospital policies. Monitor key clinical performance indicators such as patient outcomes, ALOS, infection rates, and patient satisfaction Represent the hospital in medical forums and with external bodies. Handle medico-legal cases and ensure ethical medical practices. Collaborate with nursing, operations, and support services for smooth hospital functioning. Mentor and guide medical teams to promote clinical excellence and professional development.
