Role Overview

The Head of Marketing leads the brand, marketing, customer growth, and communications strategy of the organization. This role is responsible for strengthening brand equity, accelerating customer acquisition and retention, driving same-store sales growth, and supporting franchise expansion through data-driven and customer-centric marketing initiatives.
