Head of Market Operations — Treasury & Funding Strategy

Wärtsilä Energy Storage seeks a seasoned Head of Market Operations to build treasury market ops from the ground up. You will report to the Head of Treasury and collaborate with financial institutions, driving liquidity, funding, and risk management across the group.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in funding and market operations, deep markets knowledge, and a Master’s in finance with IFRS awareness. Location primarily Helsinki, with flexibility to Vaasa or Turku.
