Head of Market Operations

• The Head of Market Operations will build and run treasury market operations for Wärtsilä Energy Storage, reporting to the Head of Treasury and managing relationships with banks and lenders.
• Responsibilities include providing internal funding solutions, short‑term liquidity forecasting and monitoring, maintaining credit facilities and working capital financing, and owning treasury compliance and sanctions dialogue.
• The role requires a minimum of five years' experience in funding and market operations in a large corporate or bank, strong knowledge of financial markets, DCM, derivatives, FX and interest‑rate hedging, and familiarity with IFRS applicable to treasury.
• The preferred location is Helsinki with consideration for Vaasa or Turku, a master’s degree in finance (or equivalent) is expected, and the application deadline is 09/08/2026.
