What you will be responsible for
- Develop and Execute Category Strategy: Define and implement seasonal and long-term buying strategies for the category, aligning commercial objectives with customer needs, market trends, and business growth targets.
- Build High-Performing Assortments: Create compelling assortment strategies that balance consumer demand, emerging trends, brand positioning, and financial performance to maximize sales and profitability.
- Drive Cross-Functional Category Leadership: You act as the central connector across Design, Buying, Technical Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on category objectives and priorities.
