Would you like to help build a sustainable future together with the international scientific community? We are seeking a skilled Head of Legal Services to oversee the legal affairs and document management at LUT University. This role combines legal service organization, managerial responsibilities, and practical legal tasks to support LUT University and LAB University of Applied Sciences.

What will you do?

• Lead a legal team of four specialists and a document services team of three specialists, creating conditions for their success and long‑term development.
• Ensure that legal services effectively support both operational activities and strategic goals of the universities.
• Advise experts, participate in negotiations, review various contracts, and support organizational actors with legal questions.
• Handle research‑related contract issues, develop legal procedures, and prepare legal documents for decision‑making.
