Head of Legal Compliance

JOB SUMMARY

As Head of Legal Compliance Unit, you are responsible to lead a team of in-house professional officers in relation to the legal compliance particularly in ensuring all EPF activities are executed in compliance with all laws locally and internationally, regulations and guidelines applicable. You are responsible to develop legal compliance frameworks, conduct monitoring and assessments, provide legal compliance advisory support to management. The role also involves providing leadership and guidance to teams and stakeholders.

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop and refine EPF’s overall legal compliance strategy, framework, and policies to ensure adherence to all applicable laws in Malaysia and abroad, regulations and guidelines issued by relevant regulatory authorities.
