The Role
In this key strategic position, you will lead the Legal, Compliance, and IP functions for all European operations. Acting as a Trusted Advisor to the executive management, you will legally safeguard the organization's growth and act as a strategic enabler for its innovation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal & Corporate Affairs: Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements (R&D, licensing, and collaboration agreements); advising management on corporate and employment law; managing external counsel across Europe.
- Compliance Governance: Strategic development and oversight of the compliance management system; conducting risk assessments and internal audits (focusing on business ethics, data protection, and anti-corruption).
